Fort Mill, South Carolina
Echelon AEC recently completed a renovation of a two story, 5,000 square foot historic building in downtown Fort Mill, South Carolina. The project included reducing the building to the exterior shell and then completely removing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the process of finishing the bottom floor into retail space and the second floor into Class A office space. In the process, the exterior was renovated to its original Art Decco style.
The project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and on budget. |
